Taxpayers Win in Oklahoma
Governor and Legislature Approve Accountability in Contracting
Legislation

Oklahoma's Legislature approved and the Governor Brad Henry has
signed HB 1115, legislation requiring state agencies to prepare
a cost analysis prior to contracting out state functions.
The measure will undoubtedly bring accountability, cost savings
and enhanced services to Oklahoma taxpayers.
